My story

I’ve spent more than 30 years helping organisations and leaders deal with people, change and business challenges.

My career has taken me through senior HR, operational and executive roles across financial services, aviation and higher education, as well as independent consulting and coaching.

That experience has taught me that the best solution is rarely the most complicated one. Good advice starts with understanding what is really happening, identifying what matters, and finding a practical way forward that works for the organisation and the people involved.

I enjoy working directly with leaders — whether that means providing a second opinion on a difficult people issue, helping shape a restructure or change program, coaching a leader through a challenging situation, or simply bringing experienced judgement to an important decision.

My approach is straightforward, practical and constructive.
