My approach helps teams define the vision, values and actions that will establish them as a united leadership coalition committed to future success.

Most leadership teams focus on the here and now and the tactical issues that the business is facing.  That’s fine, but a leadership team also needs to be aligned in their longer-term vision and working together in order to function effectively and lead others in the pursuit of your business goals.

I help teams define their vision and purpose and be clear about the critical role that each team member needs to play (both as individuals and as a collective) to lead and succeed - together.

This approach combines individual and team coaching and the development & implementation of leadership programmes for your business.

I use the Human Synergistics Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI) – a tool designed to help you reflect upon the styles and behaviours that are working for you and those that are not.  The LSI does not try to put you in a box, give you a label, or define who you are. It’s designed to help you see what is supporting and hindering you in realising your ambitions.

This top-down approach focuses on the importance of your leaders ‘walking the talk’ and serving as an example of High Performance Leadership that inspires others to follow.
