Coaching is often misunderstood.  It’s not about being told who you should be, what you should do, or how you should do it.

Often clients are already aware of some of the patterns and behaviours that are not serving them well, they just need some help in working out how to address them.

Adam utilises the Human Synergistics Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI) – a tool designed to help you reflect upon the styles and behaviours that are working for you and those that are not.  The LSI does not try to put you in a box, give you a label, or define who you are. It’s designed to help you see what is supporting and hindering you in realising your ambitions.
